Couples have the option to spend one or two days on the grounds, to get married in our rustic forest or stunning ballroom and feast from our fresh produce grown on-site.
From small, intimate weddings to larger family get togethers, our venue is exclusive for you and your guests to relax in. Just 90 minutes from Dublin and 40 minutes from Limerick, Cloughjordan House is a totally unique wedding destination.

We love opening our doors to couples and their families and pride ourselves on creating a premium ‘house-party’ atmosphere for our guests while allowing our couple’s true personality to shine through.
Civil Ceremonies, Blessings and Humanist Ceremonies are welcome at Cloughjordan House. There are a number of beautiful spaces to accommodate your wedding ceremony from the 17th century ballroom to the main lawn, the Woodshed which is our converted barn, or the forest area.
There are three churches within 300 metres of Cloughjordan House; St. Michael’s & St. John’s Catholic Church, St. Kieran’s Church of Ireland and the Methodist Church.
With seasonal, ever-changing menus and very flexible hosts, each couple we welcome gets something different to the last. Our ethos is in creating simple, elegant and great tasting food, bringing groups together through colourful platters and wooden boards. The dishes become a focal point, encouraging guests to get involved, to discuss, to laugh and to enjoy the culinary experience. Local, fresh produce is vital to building a wholesome menu that bursts with flavour.
Cloughjordan House has a variety of colourful accommodation options for guests. It’s hard to believe when you’re sitting in the boutique style ‘cowsheds’ that it was an actual cow shed only a couple of years ago. The same goes for the Dairy and the Coach House.
