Part/Full Time Housekeeping Assistant Required
Exciting opportunity to join the Cloughjordan House Accommodation Team. As an Accommodation Team Member, you will be expected to execute housekeeping duties including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring general areas are maintained to the highest standard, while reporting to our Accommodation Manager. This is a full time seasonal role.
Job Description:
Maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring that you acknowledge and assist guests when required.
Attention to detail is imperative and high levels of cleanliness.
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of the team.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
A focus on achieving high standards.
To report all lost property to the facilities manager.
To ensure a high level of security and discretion at all times.
Must be flexible and available to work inclusive of weekends and bank holidays.
Knowledge of Covid guidelines and practices and implementation of same.
Ensuring property is always guest ready.
Ensure cleanliness is maintained including storage and organisation of equipment, pest control management and regular deep cleans of all spaces.
Manage housekeeping stocktaking and inventory supervision, with a focus on rotation of stock and effective cost management.
Must be reliable and professional.
Operates under lean management principles and constantly on the lookout for creative and new ideas to add value to our service.
Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
Experience Required:
Full training will be provided experience in a similar role is essential.
