More good news for our little Cookery School here at CJH!  We are thrilled to be listed alongside some of the country's top chef's and cookery schools in Thetaste.ie - 18 of the Best Cookery Schools in Ireland!!

It's another incredible honour for our team of chef's and gardeners to see our hard work at CJH being recognised.    

Our highlight courses for 2018 are our Foodie Short Breaks where guests can come and spend some quality time in our cookery school learning how to take their cooking to the next level and throw a dinner party to impress!  We also cater for group bookings from corporate retreats to hen party's and offer a range of boutique style accommodation from our 'cowsheds' to the luxury of the main house.
